Account data: name, email address, and password hash when you register.

Project data: project names, task descriptions, file attachments, and comments you create within the Service.

Payment data: processed entirely by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your credit card information.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and browser type — collected to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide and maintain the Service, send transactional emails (verification, password reset), process payments via Paddle, send Telegram notifications (if you opt in), and improve the product.

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel infrastructure. Files are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

5. Client Portal Data

When your clients access a portal link, we do not require them to create an account. We may collect their IP address for rate limiting and security purposes. Comments left by clients are stored as part of your project data.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data, export your data, and withdraw consent for optional processing (like Telegram notifications).

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
