Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions (Pro)

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@prince.io.

Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to all features. Due to the nature of this offer, Lifetime purchases are eligible for a refund only within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not extensively used the Service.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@prince.io with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Refund Method

All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our payment provider, and will be returned to your original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
