By accessing or using prince.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Prince.io is a SaaS platform that allows freelancers and agencies to create private client portals for project management, task tracking, file sharing, and client communication.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time payment (Lifetime plan). Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD and may be subject to local taxes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
The free plan provides limited access to the Service with restrictions on the number of projects and features. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to transmit malware, to impersonate others, or to violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
